Résumé

There's a persistant lack of women in traditionaly male blue collar jobs. On the other hand, there are successful equity programs in other sectors, applicable in blue collar jobs but failing to change the situation. After a field study (71 interviews in 6 organizations), a summary of findings, success factors and obstacles.
